Default GS 1st-Gen Paint Code Information

Here is the chart of color for the US-Spec Lexus GS. If you see an error please post it here and I will correct the page and graphic ASAP. You can upload a photo of your car by clicking on the graphic, then clicking on the appropriate camera icon next to your color.

If you need me to update the chart please post your model year (or production date), color code and a description or photo of your car. For now this is for US-Spec cars only, I will add other countries in the future.

Default My two cents

I believe you are missing 1C0 'Silver Effect' it should be an 97 (96-97 prod year) exclusive color...
Let me doublecheck with lexus on that though. You are also missing 046 'Pearl White' (this color was mostly found in the two tone GS [prl white and goldish pearl two tone edition]). This color changes as follows: 93-94 is creamy, 95 has more white and 96-97 looks more like 051 with a 'pinkish' cast. 046 and it's two tone color (which is also a pearl color) is HELL to match and that was the color of my GS b4 i change it to 1C0. I work on a Lexus exclusive body shop, so please, don't take me wrong, just trying to make the color guide better!! Other than that, nice compilation.

My .02

Oh, a pic of my GS300 B4:

OK, from what I can find 93-95 are all Opal White, and 96-97 are Diamond White Pearl. I couldn't find any record of a one-year intermediate white.

I also got the silvers figured out. Should all be good now.

Nope, 046 was still available in 95. Diamond White Pearl (051) was offer in Touring Edition.

So you are saying that 046 was 93-95 and 051 was 95-97? In 1995 the regular GS was 046 and the Touring Edition was 051? I just want to make sure that is what you are saying so that I can fix the chart.

Yep! Just to clarify so there's no confussion. In 1995 the regular GS was 046 and the Touring Edition was 051. 96-97 only came with 051.
