This isn't related to the balancing issue vibration or whatever it is but has anyone noticed that their shifter shakes a little bit?? Sometimes. Just a little bit, should that be an issue??
Check motor and tranny mounts. They are liquid filled and they only last about 60-90 thousand miles and most are completely shot by that time and all fluid has leaked out..

Control arms will make the car shake at 65 and it may start to smooth out at about 75-80. I 've replaced every single piece of the suspension on my car. with over a hundred thousand If you live somewhere where there may be snow or by the water the salt may have taken a toll on the bushings of the trailing arms etc. and other rubber mounts. When I actually looked at mine more than half of the bushing had worn away making for a bumpy ride. The noise I had went away along with the shaking when i replaced all the front suspension parts I think somehow the front reverberated making it seem as though the sound is coming from the back.

Ah jeez, just happenes to be, i live in minnesnowta where there is a lot of snow, salt and water. I rode in my buddies 04 or 05 mazda 3, and his ride was so smooth!! Smoother than in my car. It was weird, I couldn't feel any of the bumps he hit, it would just glide over them. Maybe its cuz his car is way newer or maybe my suspention is goin out. Pretty embarracing!!

I figured it out at today. Not happy about it but atleast i know what the problem is.

The back right caliper and disc are stickin together. I parked the car and looked at the back right wheel and it stunk real bad, so thats whree the problem is. It vibrates at pretty much any speed above 40 for a certain period of time. Any ideas on what it could be and what i'd need to do about fixin it?

It sounds like your caliper may be sticking..Either change it for the stock caliper or upgrade to TT supra rear brakes since its a bolt on procedure..

"Correction, left rear tire"
Won't the problem still be there?? The previous owner said he had all that done in the past 6500 miles. I'm hopin its just a hose or some kind of cheap part that just needs to be replaced!

Cool

It's not a hose, it's the caliper.

How did this happen, is the caliper defective or somn? could this happen with a new caliper?

I found a rebuilt one for 120 with a 80 dollar core reembursement.
