How Much Would You Pay????

Guys, I have an opportunity to buy an engine for my 94 GS300. It is a complete motor with 53000 miles that I would use to replace my current one that has over 200,000 miles. It comes with the trans, power steering unit and front brake assembly. The engine runs smooth. My question is how much should I offer the seller. I was also interested in the rear axle complete with rotors and calipers.

If he wants too much I have a guy thats selling his engine and tranny and ECU and harness for $1400.00 and his engine only has 77,000 miles on it..Not bad for a 93..Let me know..
