My driver side window keeps popping out of track, I took everything apart, aligned it, and tried roll it up and down. It'll go up or down fine the first time, but after it'll just pop out of track. Seems like the side towards the tweeter on the door just falls down or the window is not balanced.

Can anyone help me out here?

 

Check the bracket that holds the window, that might be cracked. Also, make sure the weather channel is pushed in completely. Check the weather stripping to see if it has warped out of place. If you've already taken everything apart I'm sure you've checked those, but it doesn't hurt to double check.

 

my outter window moulding is warped and popping out of place, I think that is causing the window slide out of place maybe, because everything else seemed fine.

Is there a write up on removed the moulding and re-glue it?

 

I did one yesterday under "tired of wind noise." If you have any questions please post them in that thread. Good luck getting it fixed. I'm sure if you do what I did it will solve your problem. Sounds like you need to use adhesive on both sides of the trim. My pics are only of the side with the larger track but you'll get the idea.
