Thumbs down Michigan license points system?

I just found out I owe $900 for the points I racked up! I called 2 discuss a lower amount and a payment plan and I was told since I finally called them that if I don't contact them within 3days they're gonna take it out my checks and a additional 150 will b added every october until I pay it off bcause the points system is state law! I already paid 3000 in tickets and I never was told anything about this! I wanted 2 ask u guys is there like a loophole and i 've also been thinking about just gettin a ohio license and say f*** michigan! I kno u guys r gonna say just pay it but im not trying 2 cough up another grand!

When I had my civic and I had 2 get to work and weird enough I never got stopped on the way to work in dearborn but after work I got a couple of driving without a license tickets! I never got my car impounded or arrested they just wrote me tickets! I only got flicked(pulled over) 3 times and I got 7 tickets each time thus 3000 and the points system is like since ppl wit money just kept gettin flicked and paying the tickets over and over for the same thing and cops felt like ppl didnt care about the law so they said ok u can only get like 10 or 12 points and your license in suspended and speeding is like 3points and so on and so forth

I also heard that if you have 7 or more points on your record, the state will charge you like 150 bucks a year for being a "bad driver".
