Looking at August 17 meet date. hopefully that will mesh well with everyone's schedules. (weather better cooperate too).

 

I think the exhaust was around $675 or something like that plus almost a $100 in labor from the dealership. They really stick you on the labor, but all is covered by warranty if you let the Lexus dealership do it which is find by me.

August 17th sounds good to me, my wheels should be in the week before and hopefully I can have them on by the time we meet up -- I'm pretty pysche on what they are going to look like. Whose on board so far besides you and I?

 

so far just me and you. Kyle might be able to make it. Noone else has said anything. I was downtown Minneapolis and saw a spectra blue 400 sittin on Lowenharts. Had Louisiana plates.
Couldn't tell if they were knock-offs or not though. I might say somethin' to any Lex owners in the area if opportunity presents itself.

 

Anything still going on? I've been real busy and forgot about it; just thought to check again. I'm still not 100% sure, might depend on what time and whether I've got a babysitter.

I talked to Twenty1 and told them I couldn't make it because my car is still in the shop. You guys can go ahead if you still want otherwise, I still like to get together in September before the Winter gets here if you guys are willing to wait.

i have no clue how to change spark plugs. do you think that i could take my car anywhere and have this service done without worrying that they might eff it up?

seeing a gs not modded will soon be a thing of the past! got my money together for my wheels (doin the custom chrome moda's like txstyle) and i'm gettin my l-tuned as well. planning to do it all in march, though at the rate we're goin (weather wise), i could probably do it now. i'm in the south suburbs. there is another white gs4 that sits on chrome in the summer. not necessarily feelin the rims, but, to each his own. where in the cities are you at?

Hey guys its been awhile. My Gs4 is hibernating at the moment but with this unusually snowless winter its tempting to take it out.

We need to get together this Spring. I have a few mods on my car already (wheels, exhaust, filters, brakes, etc..) would love to see others out there -- too many plain ones around the twin cities. My next one is a strut bar but its hard to get a hold of an STB one.

I sorta did the Supra TT calipers, disks, and pads for fronts and disks and pads for the rears with SS lines. Sorta mean I got them this winter and still need to put them on. The problem is our local Lexus shop wants about $700 for installation. I may go somewhere else still deciding if its worth it.

Did you ever decide on and get your wheels?
