this is direct mail piece covering the EASTERN AREA only. if you didnt get an invite dont bother going to ask for a code, you wont get one.

dang..no love for the WEST then..or i guess Lexus thinks that they already sell too many cars here that it is not necessary to pull a typical domestic car marketing scheme..i just got a $75 from FORD for not even test driving simply by calling the dealership and asking for a dealer code..hehe

dude, seriously, if you already have had couple of lexus, they don't need to hard sell the car to you anymore right? these are for "new" buyers who are still debating about lexus

hmm...so i guess from your perspective, lexus doesn't really care about bringing existing customer into the showroom to test drive their new products since once they are sold, they are sold forever? i would tend to agree with this being a regional marketing scheme since demand in the east is probably lower for a variety of reasons..

it's not they don't care, but probably they don't care in this way. i always receive encore program specials in the mail from lexus finance. i get invited to lexus driving event coz' i am existing owners, etc...

the required test-drive of a new Lexus at a participating Lexus dealer in Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont or West Virginia between 2/08/08 and 3/31/08
