Target in their flyer has the Sonic Impact 256MB MP3 on sale

I believe the item number is 5070 as stated in the flyer

IF it sells out in your local target then you can get a rain check then purchase an ipod for the same percentage off (36%)

Of course this depends on whether or not the Sonic Impact is in stock, but you can call your local target to see if they have the Sonic Impact in stock.

Just ask an employee for a raincheck(s) on the Impact, then buy an Ipod.

Basicly target allows you to buy any similiar item for the same percentage off if the item on sale is not in stock
but it has to be in the same department (TV for TV, Video for Video, or MP3 Player for Mp3 player).

the new ipod minis dropped down to $199 for a UPGRADED model it has up to 18hours of battery life instead of 8 hours. Its hot i just returned my old one for a new one AND they refunded me the extra $50 i paid for the old one!

 

Do the upgraded mini work well? I know for a fact the previous ones were all crap.

 

actually is SEEMs as thought the new one is WORSE!!! i had the old one for about 2 weeks with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL this new one i had for about 5 hours and it seems like the display fades alot the contract isnt so good AND ontop of that they didnt include the firwire cable OR home charger SO althought they dropped the price and "UPGRADED" they took things away to make up for that...... i personally liked the older one, the zen creative is kinda nice my man has one AND it has a radio that you can record from in the unit!!

If you are a student and have a student ID. Any Apple store will give you discounts on their products. I believe it is about $30 bucks off a 20GB IPOD, $20 off the IPOD mini, couple hundred off their desktops and notebooks or so. No discount off the shuffle. Apple

 

There's a $10 discount on the 1 gig shuffle, but none on the 512.
