Jo-Ann Fabric sells a roll pillow that you can cut in half and then down the middle that would create four half cylindar shaped pillows. You just pick a fabric and about a foot or two of elastic strap. Should be $25 for the pillow, a few bucks for the elastic and price for fabric depends on which one you choose.

You can also take it a few steps further and shape the pillows a little or what I am doing and go with a comboi of fabrics etc etc.
