I bought my Bushmaster M4 new for like $950.00 But if you are in a budget you can find a DPMS rifle new for around 500-600

 

$950 not bad for new, I saw one used (like 50 rounds fired, if that) last month for $700 w/hard case and all sorts of ancillary crap. Shoulda gotten it.
