Any one here wants to have hid foglights? Im not advertising the foglight housing but the actually components, I have 2 pairs of Bosch ballast with light bulbs. I also have special adaptors so that you can use them on your foglights. This is oem manufactured components and not the hid "kit" stuff that sell with aftermarket bulbs and none oem usable connectors. Well if anyone wants a pair let me know I can sell you a pair of ballast and light bulbs for 220 shipped. Once again these ballast and light bulbs can be used in oem hid housings and will work with all oem light bulbs.
Im not selling mine : ), im selling basically 2 hid ballast and 2 light bulbs. All you do is remove the foglights ( 2 screws each ) then remove the halogen bulbs, and remove the holder which has 3 screws. Then you place the hid bulb with the adapter in onto the bulb opening and screw the holder back into place. Attach the ballast inside and connect the ballast and ignitor to the bulb and put the fog lights back in.
The current draw is about 11 amps and about 13 at cold startup. Depanding on what year lexus you have you might have to get a new foglight harness which is only $21 at your local napa or autozone or even pepboys. My cars foglight harness didnt support the hid lights so I got that harness. Now it works perfect. I've seen other gs's with hid foglights and they didnt have to upgrade the harness. Either way with any HID instalation its highly recomended to get a new harness so you dont stress the expansive oem wirring harness. And if you have a yellow insert then the output will be yellow. If your foglights are clear then the light will match existing oem hid lights or just look at that picture above. If you have yellow foglights and want clear im sure you can trade them on here, alot of people want the yellow once and the yellow once are more expansive so you prolly would want to trade plus some cash on top. Or get some clear once on ebay, either way its your prefrence. I can say that the difference between the light is awsome, when driven with the hid foglights the sides of the road are lit up way more when compared to just HID headlights, almost gives you a projector type of output. Plus not to mension all the looks you will get, I had people pull up to me on the highway looking at my lights. Depanding on where you live the different foglights are better to use. If you live where obviously there is alot of fog or rain your better of using yellow because it cuts through the fog/rain better. Or you can ofcourse go with clear.
