Default Direct TV Satellite system

I have a brand new set of dish system which I purchased couple years ago. It has everything including access card, receiver, remote and etc.

I am looking for 150 obo. Prefer local buyer again but will ship at buyer's expense.

Thanks for the tip. I am not good when it comes to eletronics. I will check the card if I have a chance. Do you know what should I look for to see "what kind of card" it is?

You can just describe what is on the card front. If it was 2 years ago, it is probably the HU card with the football player on it. DTV recently swapped out those cards so more than likely your card is not usable anymore. The buyer can probably contact DTV about swapping out the card for the newer one though.

I have a couple of old systems lying around too. Since I went to DTivo, these receivers have just been sitting around gathering dust.

Either DTV is doing this in sections at a time or they are hitting the DTivos first. Not sure. I guess at some point, you will get the invalid card warning message. They give you plenty of time to deal with it though. I did not swap mine out for 3 months.
