Need help!! Ccj22

I bought wheels from CCJ22, he is from FLORIDA and I received one damaged wheels from him, I return it to UPS and now they tell me I need to communicate with him to have my wheel back but I dont get ANY comunication back from him..... What can I do .. !!! please HELP!!!!!

Were the wheels damaged in shipping? There should be some kind of insurance on them.

Thanks sarge, I received 1 wheel damaged and called ups they bring it back and Jeff told me he will call ups to have a claim or investagation or something but he never PM me back since 2 month, I cant even have my damaged wheel....

Last I spoke with UPS they were going to send me a check and send you the wheels back. Seems neither of those happened.
