I'm just debating if its worth driving all the way to Margate just to get my car washed. Can someone post pics of their equipment and work?

Just had my "smokey granite mica" car serviced at JM for the first time. I read the post about their automated machines so I told my Service rep multiple times in person and over the phone "please do not wash the car." Car comes back washed (which he claimed was just rinsed and wiped) and not only swirl marks all over the doors, but also extensive white scratches all over my roof (more than a dozen). He then made me wait nearly two hours for the detail guy to polish them out. They look lighter and less noticeable but it also appears that the orbital polisher nearly rubbed off the clear-coat in some areas. I'm BEYOND frustrated!!!

In case anyone is wondering here is the machine they use. You can take your car there to get a free 60-second wash, but do it at your own risk!!!

When I worked at Lexus of Pembroke Pines it was the same thing. Any customer could come ask for the car wash and we would drive it through the wash and then hand dry. Not sure how it works now though, i guess someone could try
