Okay folks, the date is locked in for Sunday Nov 2. That's right around the corner. If you all recall, for the last BBQ meet, it was $10 for food and admission or bring your own food to cook on the grill plus $5 admission.
Since this venue costs a lot more than the other, the admission is more.
-$20 for admission and food or
-$10 admission, bring your own food
Sign up and state your intentions, we need to have an idea how much food we need to buy in advance because there are no stores nears Virginia Key Beach. Last time we went to the store twice, we won't have that luxury this time. If you bring beer, it muct be consumed from a cup. I understand there will be a TV for all the NFL addicts, too.

guys , i went down there today with some of the crew to scout this place out
all i can say is
its breathtaking .. its right on the water , simply gorgeous surrounding and backdrops .. pavillion is within 100 feet of the ocean and theres a extremely large kidde playground with every type of play things for them so my 3 kids will be there ages from 7,9,14
parking will be reserved for just us so mixing in of outside cars ... music will be there as well as a couple of tv's to catch the games will chillin
so please florida guys spread the word its going to be huge and again breathtaking

the pavilion rental was very expensive , so reg is just trying to recover investment
in response to your other post , it will be no less then 75 cars plus .. south florida always does it big , cb smith back in april or may had around 80+ cars in attendence
