I like much of the Mach E but the software to my eyes is awful. You have to start somewhere hopefully Ford can clean it up and make the look and feel less cheesy.

Camry/Lexus/Toyota has perfected ICE cars in many ways, primarily in the reliability department.
Tesla has disrupted the world. And everybody is chasing them.
TSLA closed at $1200 today; up over $500 over the last 6 months. Market cap, by definition, is the market's confidence in a company's future success.
Their gross margins are approaching 30%.
Hertz just ordered 100K Model 3s at full price. Wait; maybe they are ordering 200K?

I don’t find it ugly. But I think it’s quirky looking. And it looks too narrow, and not wide enough for the length . So it kind a looks like a wiener-dog lol. The old Chevrolet Impala looked like that too…too long and too narrow.

The Mach-E seemed smaller than I thought it would be. The front is hideous to my eye, the side is typical bland SUV but the back is its best side.
In fairness, I am not a big fan of the looks of the Model Y either; especially in certain colors.

I am starting to think that because my truck rarely travels farther than 300 miles from home anymore, it might behoove me to order a Lightning. I still want ICE cars for long trips, but for running around town EV's are hand's down better.

I'm in that group with you. The black trim around the center grill looks like a bad mustache, and the fins-for-door-handles are a quirky design choice but I applaud thinking outside the box. I love that Ford made a serious effort with the Mach-e and F150 Lightning but the Mach-e is not attractive to me (although the rear isn't too bad). Great first effort!
