Today I replaced the valve cover gasket and all the seals. The rubber parts were soft and perfect but the problem was the silicone where the timing cover meets the engine head meets the valve cover gasket. I replaced everything just in case and applied new silicone. I hope it will be fine. It took me 45 minutes.

Is this sealing you did different than fixing the the treaded timing chain cover leak that requires the ES350 engine pull for either the FE or FKS?
