i bought the griots 3 in 1 leather cleaner but people say dont use it? So, does anyone have a product they use that they felt worked great and protected the leather?

Go over to the auto care and detailing forum and do a search for best leather care product. Lots of posts there by members and those that do detailing.

 

I use Bickmore, they have a cleaner and conditioner. It is quite gentle, cleans well and doesn't leave a shine or any stains. The conditioner leaves the leather feeling quite smooth and supple.

 

I use Meguiars Leather Cleaner. Works fine. Sort of waterproofs the little perforations in the leather as well, preventing liquids from making it into the cushions. It's saved me a few times when the kids spilled a drink.
