On MID, go to maintenance and just follow the screen.

Elaborating on ESh's post, see the "Resetting the message indicating maintenance is required" section on page 310 of the 2025 LEXUS ES300H OWNER'S MANUAL USA AND CANADA ONLY for the detailed steps for locating and resetting the Multi Information Display's (MID) 5000 mile based maintenance reminder. In brief, Settings (the gear icon tab) -> Vehicle Settings -> Scheduled Maintenance -> Yes.

Resetting the 10000 mile based oil maintenance reminder is similar with detailed steps found in the "After changing the engine oil" section on page 321. In brief, Settings (the gear icon tab) -> Vehicle Settings -> Oil Maintenance -> Yes.

Strictly a recommendation, read your manuals. I know it's easier to just type out a question here but you'd be wise to read the manuals first. They contain a lot of good info as well as a few "Easter Eggs" that might surprise you.

It is also worthwhile to download the manuals for any loaner or rental vehicles you end up driving. Nowadays, with all the doodads and operating controls buried in a touch screen or button menu system, it sure helps to have a copy of a vehicle's manual to consult to figure out how to operate the beast.

I don't think my maintenance light comes on for Tire rotation. It is very 5,000 miles and has a great deal more, usually.
