Tracking down smartaccess card key for 2024 ES350
I've been having a bit of frustration tracking down a card key for my 2024 ES350 (USA, since that may matter with wireless tech), and began to doubt myself after the dealer told me there was no such accessory (despite it clearly being on the window sticker). I got some renewed hope reading this forum, since there's definitely people using it. So far as I can tell, it's this part 8990H-33261 (https://parts.lexus.com/p/Lexus_2024...990H33261.html). Is anyone able to confirm this?

Just be aware that only a dealer or professional locksmith with authorized Toyota/Lexus key code access can program a key card or key fob into your Lexus's immobilizer system. Also, only a new, never used before key card or fob can be programmed into this ES generation's immobilizer system and regardless of claims you may see no previously used key card or fob can be used in any immobilizer system again.
My 2024 ES350 Luxury came with a card key and two fobs with pushbuttons in July 2024. My wife and I use the fobs, and the card key is still in the plastic bag with a sticker with the VIN printed on it. I had agreed to buy the car expecting it would only have one fob because for months I had been reading online forums complaining about that issue. In 2023 and 2024, many Toyota and Lexus customers complained about buying a new car and then finding out the second fob would be delivered months after they took delivery of the car. Apparently, the salespeople kept quiet about the issue while in sales mode. That issue caused inconvenience for cars with two drivers, typically married couples. The key card lets you drive the car, but lacks the pushbuttons found on the fobs. Having two fobs, I have no need for the card.
If you bought a new car and the window sticker says it came with a card, the dealer owes you a card.

My 2024 ES300h Luxury version also came with a card key and two fobs with pushbuttons in July 2024. The SmartAccess card key was not a $100 add-on option, but part of the factory installed $1630 Technology Package (12.3 in touchscreen display, HU display, Card key). If you have the Technology Package as an option on your ES350, they should have provided a card key.
Good luck.
Good luck.
All of my Lexus cars have come with two key fobs. I have never heard of a new car coming with only one key. Even Chevy gave you two (sets of) keys in the 50's. I would not stand for (or fall for) the "Key will be in the mail" trick when buying a new car.
My "Smart Access Key Card" was listed as an "Installed Option" on the right side of the Window Sticker for $100.00. It was not a part of any other package, nor was it listed under "Ultra Luxury Features" on the left side of the sticker. I was given all three with the car (and a free Lexus umbrella).
I don't use the buttons on the key fob much at all, so I appreciate the skinny key card and use it almost all of the time.
When my fobs are not in use, I put them into "sleep mode" to keep the batteries fresh.

I got two fobs and a key card when I picked up my F Sport last December. I liked the key card idea instead of carrying around a fob in my pocket but put it in a drawer with all of my spare keys in a couple of weeks. I wanted the functions of the key fob if I needed them.
