Question Adaptive Suspension

How do you check if your car has adaptive suspension?
Mine is F Sport but can't really find out if it has one or not.
Thanks.

Check the front shock absorber. It should have this part and a cable attached to it:

There are two ***** on the dash to the left and right of the top of the steering wheel. Turn the **** on the right once and it should go into Sport mode. You'll be able to tell because the driver info center will change. Turn it a second time and the driver info center will change again. That indicates Sport + mode and then you will know that you have adaptive suspension.

Here is a video for you:

If your car has a Sport+ mode, that typically means it comes equipped with adaptive suspension.

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to add adaptive suspension to a regular ES, such as a ’22 ES350? Would the ride be improved if you did so?

The parts are super costly even if you could.
