I ordered from Lexus.oempartsonlie.com
$200 cheaper than Lexus quoted for parts. Plus they sent it to dealer for free.
I will install it by myself, if doesn’t work and need calibration then I’ll ask dealer to do that part.

Keep us posted after you install it. Curious to see how it works.

I don't know if it still applies with 2023 and later model year ESs with the "new" Lexus Interface system firmware/software, but the older Lexus Multimedia system has the camera calibration procedures for the panoramic view monitor's cameras built into the diagnostic mode subsystem. If you're curious as to what's involved in calibrating the front camera see lexusguide.net Lexus ES (XZ10) Service Manual's Panoramic View Monitor System (for Gasoline Model) - Calibration. (That page contains calibration procedures for all the cameras so consult the part name table to find the procedures for a specific camera. In your case, front television camera assembly table entry listing procedures 2, 3, and 8. Procedure 1 is also needed for pre-work checks.)
Also, if calibration is needed, you may want to shop around to more than just a dealer for that service. It varies - some dealer service departments do such calibrations in-house and others subcontract it out to a shop specializing in such calibrations and possibly equipped with speciality equipment for "easier" calibration for a wide range of modern vehicle calibration needs. (If you're curious about calibration procedures with various speciality equipment offerings, you can find demonstration videos on YouTube including demonstration specific for Toyota/Lexus vehicles.)
I replaced the camera. Here is how it shows the feed now. Not sure if I had the edges showing before and I’m not sure if calibration is needed or not. In any case, I’ll take the car to 3rd pty service tomorrow for calibration $200
so the total would be $700 vs $1450 that Lexus service quoted. I tried many different camera lens covers that I found on Amazon. All created image distortion and I was not able to secure them on top of the camera securely.
