New 2022 ES300h Luxury problem with seat memory
Thank you to everyone that chimed in on this. I appreciate everyone that took the time to respond to this. I''ve made an appointment to go back to the dealer tomorrow morning to have this taken care of.
I would like to make a comment about one of the replies... I've been a Lexus customer since 2007 and this is my 6th new Lexus. I discovered long ago that Lexus corporate takes customer problems very seriously. They have done some great things for me over the years to make sure that I was happy. So has my dealer. They're great. Great management, great techs., and great concern in a market that has several Lexus dealerships. My dealer received 302 Lexus vehicles to be used at courtesy cars at the U.S. Open Golf Tournament in Brookline, MA last month. Each of those vehicles had go thru the P.D.I. process at the dealership before being delivered to the golfers and I can absolutely understand how the memory seats could've somehow been overlooked during the process. Should be an easy fix, no big deal, just a little bit of time. This is NOT something to complain to corporate about. I've developed a very good relationship at this dealership over the years. They know me and call me by my first name. If I have a question or a problem or a concern they take of it right away. I respect that. I do thank everyone that replied to my original concern very much.
Now, the 2022 ES 300h Luxury is a great car after 5 days of driving it around ( save for the seat memory). Takes very little time to adjust to the hybrid and it rides beautifully. We've had gray/silver cars for the last 10 years. Really sick of that at this point. We were set on the Sunlite Green exterior with the Palomino with brown trim interior. It looks fantastic. Absolutely beautiful. Car was used by one of the golfers during the open and had 232 miles on it when delivered to me. Really a great car.
Thanks again to all.

I am a loyal customer at Lexus of Watertown in Watertown, MA. My go to service person is Amanda Carr, the service manager. Her Direct Line is 617-393-1196. For Sales, I work with one of sales managers, Mike Gugino. His direct number is 857-304-4079. Feel free to use my name, Howard Jordan, with both of them.
When I bought my first Lexus in 2007 I dealt with Lexus of Northboro. I tried to work with them again in 2010 but wound up buying from Herb Chambers in Sharon. That's one of the worst experiences that I ever had, anywhere. I went to Watertown for my 2nd service appointment on the 2010 and never went anyplace else after that.
We spend the Winter in Naples, Florida and we use Germain Lexus for service down there. We work with Danny Rusinek and he's absolutely great.
Let me know if there's any more questions or information.

Please post a pic of the sunlite green!!! Very rare and cool color.
I was having the same issue 2022 ES300H Ultra Lux. I was able to correct the memory seat function myself by following the advice posted in this thread. I started the car, got out, moved the seat all the way up, then down, then front and back. I heard a little click (I think) and now my memory seat functions works great. Just do it yourself, it takes 1 minute.
