When the vehicle is placed in park, the ignition turned off, and the key is removed from the ignition, does the driver seat pull back?

I thought it was working for me at one time, but now it just stay where it is. What did I do wrong and how to set it back?
This is for my newly purchased RX350 (2 days ago).

The seat should move to the memory set position ... ie. if the seat is at the location already it will NOT move.

This is different from easy access on some cars where the seat moves and even turns when you open the door.

When the ignition key is inserted the steering wheel will telescope out to its pre-set position, and retract when removed. Cool effect, but not needed even with my big and tall proportions. Just one of those solutions for which there was no problem . . .

 

The seat should not move when the key is removed from the ignition. I had a Chrysler 300 that had the 'easy exit' option but the Lexus does not.

Neat feature though..
