Looks like this is a dealer installed add-on device. Supposedly a "vehicle tracking service" and if the dealer is granted odometer reading access they can target you for ads/specials on maintenance as you approach mileage, etc. Could be accessed to help track the physical location of the vehicle if it's stolen, etc. I don't know if there's a consumer facing access point to any of this type of data, may need to go through the dealer. I strongly dislike dealers who try to put this on every car in their inventory and then act as if it can't be removed from the car if the customer doesn't want it.

Was it on an add on sticker? Looks like a dealer profit tool.

I was having a Lexus ENFORM problem and ultimately a battery issue in my 2020 ES 350, which I took delivery of on 4/21/20. Long story short, my dealership finally resolved those issues 5 months later. However during this process I accessed the service records for my vehicle online and discovered they had installed a KAHU device. You can read more about it here. https://www.spireon.com/getkahu/. During the process of trying to fix my vehicles response to the Lexus ENFORM system and app, I asked the dealers IT guy if it’s possible that the KAHU device could be interfering. He stated they have had problems with them in the past and “supposedly” stop putting them on their vehicles. To me it seems a bit redundant when you already have a factory installed system like the Lexus ENFORM. I also thought that the KAHU could be part of the battery issue. I told them I wanted it removed and they did do. It’s installed underneath the steering column, beneath the panel and trim. Turns out the battery had a bad cell much like others have had and it was replaced under warranty.

I think this might have been the case with my 17 RX 350 where I got a dead battery cell which might have been draining due to another device running. Is this what they used to fix the GPS module?

Did the dealer ask you sign something to consent to have your vehicle monitored with this Kahu device? Seems like it would be illegal and an invasion of privacy if they didn't.

I declined the service during the paperwork process when taking delivery of my car. I was not informed that there was something installed on my car however. I just assumed it was a service that worked through the technology already on the vehicle.
