A Avalon limited here was 40000 otd I paid 42000 otd for a 47000 list Lexus why buy the Avalon

In my area they are asking $36000 for a Avalon limited, not counting negotiating and incentives.

I see no price drop on the es350 at all, the ultra luxurious are still listed at $52000. I guess I could ask my neighbor down the street what they paid.

I wouldn't bother with anything other than the Ultra luxury model for myself.

Id say the ES is worth 16k more than an Avalon. Probably not in your case though. Think about it.

This comparison makes zero sense lol. The ES is not worth $16k more than the Avalon, but its not $16k more than the Avalon. The ES is a highly discounted car just like the Avalon, you aren't comparing apples to apples.
