Default Will the es get the EU & JP options?

Will the es get the rear reclining and heated seats in the future? I Know it's far fetched, but will the camera mirrors ever pass regulation in the US by mid refresh?

The EU's getting electrically folding mirrors. It's at 2:45 in the video. Not sure about others. Check this out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxUY...ature=youtu.be

Honestly, though, I wouldn't care about the back seat features that much. Not unless I hire a chauffeur first.

Here in the UK we do get most of the toys including the rear seat controls, auto folding mirrors, etc but we also pay a hefty premium. What Europe doesn’t get is the 350 engine except on the RX450h. All our IS, NX, RC, ES etc are all 300h models which is a shame. Yes, our petrol (gas) prices are crazy but we’d like a choice between the 300h and the 350.
Also, Europe doesn’t get Apple CarPlay across the Toyota and Lexus range.☹️

The camera side mirrors are not legal in the US. It's legal in Europe and Japan though.. Audi is coming out with their camera side mirrors in the Audi E-tron.. but that feature will only be available in Europe. Hmm.. other than the clarity and resolution of the cameras.. I still would not want camera side mirrors. These type of features encourages people not to turn there heads and use their OWN eyes to avoid collisions. Though I am sure Toyota will say and put in the manual something about it is there to assist the driver not substitute their own eyes.. though the drivers will rely 90% on it..

A lot of people don't use their regular mirrors either
