the "seat belt mechanism" covers the span of the whole b pillar. Is the noise coming from lower on the pillar or higher near your head?
If you search my early posts from 2021 i discovered a fix for the b pillar upper rattle coming from the upper seat belt height adjustment slider.

looks like you did everything you can then as you removed everything. just have to live with it.
