Default Purchase advice

What’s the deal with this one?

salesman says it has navigation but don’t see it listed on My Lexus

By the look of the screen reflection (terrible pic), it looks like the 12.3" screen so with Navi.

You could also ask the sales guy to take pics and/or videos to show the navigation...

I’m very confused. Salesman says interior is black, listing says chateau and My Lexus says brown

Why not just ask for pics of the VIN on the car? Considering it's a potential sale, I'm sure the sales rep will take pics as requested. Would be far more helpful and direct info compared to anything anyone on this board could provide.

12" screen and MAP button would be NAV equipped.

Sounds like he is a Hyundai salesman. Chateau is not black I assure you.

see above. VIN states “brown” on My Lexus but interior is black…

I'm assuming this specific car is located quite far away from you as all your questions can be answered if you see it in person.

You've already ran the VIN through Lexus, that is going to be accurate.

So confirmed that VIN says Brown and in reality it’s Black

has anyone ever seen this happen before?
