I have a 2022 ES250 (January 2022 build).
I was wondering why I cannot see the remote start button on the Lexus app?
I can see the tyre pressure, status of the doors/moonroof/bonnet. Was this only available at a later 2022 models?
Also, if this is not available via the app, is it possible to start it using the remote key? I saw a few videos where you press unlock/lock (cannot remember the exact sequence) on the remote key and the car starts. I tried that as well but no luck.
Remote start on the key fob, assuming all model years are the same is:
Press & release lock
Press & release lock
Press & hold lock until turn signal lights start flashing (maybe two seconds).
Once they start flashing you can release the button and the car will start. The timing of the sequence can be finicky, if you're off cadence a fraction of a second it sometimes won't work. But if that happens you can just wait a few seconds and try again.

I have a 2019 and did use the remote start app that is a paid subscription. I think that your car should be able to use it also. However I have a 350 vs. your 250...

My 2024 ES came with a 3 year Remote Connect trial. No idea how long the 2022 trial lasted or if the window, door and tire pressure status would still show afterwards. A subscription is currently $8/month or $80/year. In the Lexus app under Shop and Manage Subscriptions is the Remote Connect still active?
Just tried. Turn signals do not start flashing on mine and nothing happens. Is this disabled from the factory perhaps?
Did you acquire this car used? Not sure why it wouldn't work but I do recall there was some setup when the car was new and mine has worked ever since even without paying the fee for the app.
I don't have Remote Connect under subscriptions.
I only have Lexus Connected (Emergency)
Lexus Connected
Lexus Connected+

Second lock (beeps and i can see the turn signals)
Third lock & hold for two seconds. Nothing happens.

IIRC the 3 button start procedure should work whether you have a paid subscription or not. To use the app and start your car remotely you must pay a yearly fee. The key fob RS is free... I have a 2019 which will be 6 Y.O. in December and the fob RS works flawlessly. Are you in the U.K. or Australia? May be different there...

No, a 350... but model designations are different from U.S. and Oz... IOW your car might be the same as an ES 350 here...
Do you have a V6 engine or a 4...
