ES350 engine vibration
I have a 2022 ES350 UL with the V6 and am experiencing what I think is a bit too much vibration from the engine, mostly noticeable at idle, say at a light. The dealer checked it out and says the car is within parameters but I assume they simply plugged it in and the diagnostics came up within norms. I hear a bit too much of the engine and I can feel the vibration somewhat through the seat but most notably while holding the upper half of the steering wheel. This is my third ES and I recall my previous ones were silky smooth at all times.
Any similar experiences or ideas on this? Or am I just being to sensitive. The car still has very low mileage (about 1500).

Mine does it when it's really cold out and the heater is on and the rear defrost or something is on.
I can feel it at idle and see it in the RPMs. They will jump from 500 to 700, then back down, then back up again.
It does it other times, but I really notice it during winter.. Yet another issue on this car. LOL

In fairness to OP, I can't think of any reason why engine vibration would differ with any grade of ES 350. Even the performance dampers on higher-line models aren't really for that purpose. I'd think any properly running ES 350 would be a good comparo.
I brought this up as a concern as well.
especially because my 1998 ES300 didn't do this much shaking. Even after replacing the motor mounts.
I stopped using my AC as that was one of the things that would cause the shaking I'm starting to use the heater and haven't noticed it yet. But I'm just as concerned.

It isn't severe, not a shaking but a vibration, but I was thinking of telling them to check the motor mounts just in case.
On my ES300h, there's a 100% noticeable vibration/shakiness inside the whole cabin when I start up the car (when it is not on battery/EV Mode) for about 10 seconds. After that 10 seconds, you can hear a shift in the engine noise and the vibrations suddenly stops, while the engine is still running. It only happens during start up whether it's summer or winter (I will usually let the vibration stop before driving)
but we backed off cause (at least i did) because i can see how it's obnoxious.

Hence, of the V6's, the 2.5 is naturally smoothest, then the 3.0, while my 3.5 starts to get a bit rough at idle and full throttle.
In truth, the 1.5 and 2.0 V6's are smoothest, but little torque - unless turbocharged. While 3.7 and 3.8 V6's in Maxima and Hyundai/Genesis are naturally rough, especially at full throttle.
I find that the longitudinally mounted 3.5 in GS has a rougher idle than the transversely mounted 3.5 in the ES.Also, the exact same make and model, even when brand new, I find that some are naturally slightly rougher than others!
For example, I purchased my GS350 brand new, and it always get Toyota 0 W20 fully synthetic oil, but I find that it is always slightly rougher revving than other brand new GS350's.
One final factor, especially if the vibration is at idle - when brand new, my 3.5 used to intermittently have a terribly rough idle in the colder months, Lexus cleaned the air mass sensor under warranty, and the idle has never been so bad in the colder months again; however, I must say that even under normal conditions, the 3.5 doesn't idle as smoothly as my 3.0, let alone my 2.5.
Hence, ask them to clean your air mass sensor with a spray can. Hopefully that helps.

The bigger the engine capacity, the greater the reciprocating mass.
