Default dashcam hardwire

Hi all,
Does anyone know what type of fuse is ES300h using? I am thinking about getting a hardwire kit for my aftermarket dash cam. From what I can find it just says mini but don't know if it's regular or low profile type.

Thanks.

I searched and couldn’t find what type fuse is used in the 2022 ES 300h.

I am trying to install my BlackVue dash cam that was in my 2018 ES and the fuses are smaller in the 2022. I assume they are micro mini.

And if anyone one has a picture of where they used fuse taps would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I tapped into the wiring behind the rearview mirror plastic cover, no fuse needed.

I thought about that but I’m a little gun shy with homelink/dimming/camera stuff going on in there.

I ordered a fuse tap kit that comes with 4 different size fuse taps (3 of each size) with fuses.

I installed a new BlackVue dash cam in my wife’s new 2022 NX and it uses the same size fuses that my 2018 ES did.

I was surprised that this 2022 ES has the really small fuses.

Thank you!

I have a dash cam and radar detector both tapped in with zero issues, these things don’t draw much power it’s not a big deal and it’s protected by a factory fuse anyway (mirror).

i have the FitCamX which is awesome and looks factory.

I already had the BlackVue from my 2018. Dealer removed it and returned it to me after I traded it in.

I ended up using the Dome fuse for hot and the P/Oulet fuse for ACC

Those are low profile mini fuses are tiny!

Everything is working!

Thanks!

Had Fit Cam on my first 2021 ESh, and then again on my 2nd 2021 Esh. So 1.5 years total experience, no issues.
