Default Lexus Es300h 2019 GCC specs - code p268115 (Engine coolant bypass valve)

Hello Everyone,
I have a question and need some help.
I have this issue with with my Lexus es300h 2019 model code P268115 (Engine Coolant Bypass Valve), Engine check light is on and i had visited Lexus dealership and service advisor said you need to replace the engine coolant bypass valve and he gave me the full details about the part, which i bought from Toyota original spare parts and replaced it and After replacement engine light gone and mechanic scanned again and it didn't show any error. But after runing few kilometers engine light come back. I had visited again the mechanic he check coolant water level etc everything was ok he scanned again but its not showing any error but again after few kilometers check engine light is on.

I have attached both odo meter and scanner photos for reference.

My question can anybody faced the same issue?
If not, any assistance or suggestion?

Thanks in advance!

Codes NEVER tell you what part to replace, they simply tell you where to begin DIAGNOSIS.

The code appears to be
P2681 Engine Coolant Bypass Valve Control Circuit/Open
Read more at: https://www.obd-codes.com/p26-codes

So the problem is electrical in nature. If you replaced the part, then inspect and test the wiring and connectors. You probably have a slightly damaged wire that's broken, causing an open in the circuit.

p.s. 284,000 km ... impressive!

I have a Camry 2018 Hybrid, 180,000 km cattle, the same code appeared to me, and the water pump was changed, the heat was turned, and the converter that is at the base of the radiator and the cassette that is behind the machine is the water dispenser

And so far the same problem ):

Do you really have 176,695 miles on your 2019 ES300h? How did you put so many miles on your car in only 3 years? Maybe it’s time for a brand new ES.

Had a poster here from another country, might have been Dubai, who said they're used there constantly as livery vehicles.

From Uber's Vehicle requirements in the United Arab Emirates:

UberSELECT

Charge higher fares with a sedan in Dubai. See the list of preferred models (primarily Lexus ES). Other models may also qualify.
