Default Wireless CarPlay update for 19' ES

I've just been doing research on this. There is a lot of information on this here: CarPlay adapter to convert to wireless CarPlay?
Actually, I don't mind plugging in each time in my car, till forget to remove the phone last time, we're 200 meters away and found left it in my car.
Finally, I got a Smart box. The wireless adapter works well with my 19' ES.

I am happy with my purchase. This is really convenient, no more cord mess, god this really fascinated me.

Here's the one. https://carplaysmartbox.com/products/wireless-carplay-adapter-factory-lexus-es-lc-ls-nx-rc-ux-rx-hybrid-is

Not sure I'd trust anything that hasn't been reviewed on carplaylife.com What's the boot time?

This seems like a clone of Carlinkit's wireless adapter - even the review pictures show the Carlinkit branded packaging.
Also, the OP seems to be the seller.

That would be funny if he is the seller. Like a lot of electronics they are all made in same factory but go under different names in retail.

I bought a Carlinkit from Amazon because I thought it would be easier to return if it was defective. That was 9 months ago, it's been working fine. Occasionally I have to unplug and plug it back in but I heard if you do a software update there is a good likelihood of bricking it.

Don't buy from little, unknown websites IMHO.
