reset ECU on 2019 ES350

Anyone know how to reset ECU on 2019 or 2020 ES350?
Are the personalized settings that are set by the dealer also reset to default?

I would assume unplugging the battery should do the trick. Are you looking for better MPG?

Not better MPG, but want to reset transmission learning without losing personalized settings.
