I have the thumb in usb 1 with 2500 songs set to random shuffle all songs. If I speak "play the song...." it plays that selection, then continues to play the full album. Pressing next brings you through the entire album.

When I go to menu, audio settings, it's back to single song. I have to hit the repeat icon a few times for random shuffle all, again.

How can I lock the setting so it stays that way even after using voice prompt to play a particular song?

 

I never use voice in this case, but my shuffle setting never changes by itself.

 

Mine doesn't change by itself unless you do a voice command. Would you be able to try one and see if it happens to you too? Thanks.

 

I wonder if the song title is the same as the album title? Just a thought. When I’m on “Folder/Random” I never use voice but just hit the button to skip ahead.

 

It will play the song unless you say "play the album" ie: Born in the USA.

Would someone please see if that happens too?
