Default Annoying Beeps?

My 2025 ES350 UL has started to beep randomly. Started yesterday, single beep every 5 minutes or so. I thought it was a dirty sensor but washed the car today and is still doing it. There is an error message about the TPS . Would this cause this? Or maybe a faulty sensor? Thank you.

Are there ANY warning lights on (just the TPS icon?) or any message displaying? If you have the Lexus app, try using the “Status” and “Health” buttons to see if any error messages are displayed.

What is the exact wording of the "error message about the TPS"?

Also, immediately after starting your ES, what is the behavior of the tire pressure warning light?

If it blinks for approximately 1 minute and then comes on (with no blinking), that indicates there may be a malfunction in the tire pressure warning system.

See page 351 of the 2025 LEXUS ES250, ES350 OWNER'S MANUAL USA AND CANADA ONLY for the tire pressure warning light symbol with a brief description and from page 354:
If none of the tires are punctured:

Turn the engine switch off then turn it to IGNITION ON mode. Check if the tire pressure warning light comes on or blinks.

▶︎ If the tire pressure warning light blinks for approximately 1 minute then stays on

There may be a malfunction in the tire pressure warning system. Have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer immediately.
Since your ES is a 2025, taking it to the dealer to have them diagnose and fix whatever the problem may be will be covered by the new car warranty.

Thank you. Turns out it was the overspeed alert. Also I am taking it in Wednesday for the recall on the rear view camera. I will get them to check it over as it is also making the creaking sound on the pano roof

If you aren't already aware of it, there is a Multi Information Display (MID) setting that controls whether or not the buzzer sound sounds for excess speed of Road Sign Assist (RSA) detected posted speed limits. Other than a terse entry in the 2025 LEXUS ES250, ES350 OWNER'S MANUAL's "8-2. Customization" subchapter's RSA (Road Sign Assist) table on page 410, the owner's manual doesn't have any really detailed instructions for finding and making a change to that setting.

However, Northside Lexus's Melissa O'Connell's "2023 - 2025 Lexus ES Full Tutorial - Deep Dive" video does show where to find and change the MID setting for the RSA "Excess Speed" notification starting at the 53:56 time mark:
P.S. If you expand that video's description section, you'll find Melissa has included a pretty detailed time mark index so you can easily find and jump to a video section covering a specific topic you are interested in.
