Don’t look at the 12.3” screen. You can’t unsee it. The standard smaller screen is ok. But resolution is low and doesn’t fill up the panel enough.

Large screen is required if you want the Panorama Camera set up.

And Panoramic camera might be the most important option

Hi, I would start by narrowing down the model, price range and inventory available. Fortunately these days you can check almost a real-time inventory online. Then start calling or emailing to confirm. I suppose you could expect a 5-10% discount from the online advertised price. Make sure to read about the add-on features that are a must for and model trim differences. As @Dave Mac suggested a panoramic camera with the 12.3" screen is a great feature to have.

For this search, I used a Naples zipcode 34101 and a max distance of 250 miles. The Lexus website displays the following available options from nearby dealerships:
https://www.lexus.com/search-invento...&zipCode=34101

Good luck finding your Lexus and welcome to the community!

Tip: Once you’ve decided on the model and trim you’re interested in, visit a nearby Lexus dealership and let the salesperson know you’re just browsing, not ready to purchase. Take the time to explore the features and, if possible, test-drive a similar model. Once you've finalized your preferred trim, color, and features, search online for dealerships that have your desired vehicle in stock.

Edit: If you're set on the power of a V6 (ES350) but are curious about test-driving the 300h hybrid, be sure to try it in Normal or Sport mode. The MPG difference between ECO and Normal is minimal, just 1-2 mpg, but the difference in power is significant. In Normal/Sport mode, the performance is much closer to the V6, making it well-suited for stop-and-go traffic and lane merges.

I do it a bit different. I decide what I want before I get there and test drive whatever they have in stock. Then I give them the exact specs I'm looking for and ask them to look to see if they can find it in their computer at another dealer. If they can - or get very close - I start negotiating price. I've found that once I leave and go back the sales people just don't seem as interested in helping me because I've already walked away once.

We winter on Marco Island. A few years ago I bought a new Lexus ES 350 through Pembroke Pines Lexus across the State. I dealt directly with Frank Marsala, New Car Sales Manager. It was a pleasant and professionally handled transaction. I believe him to be honorable and the dealership extended many courtesies to me. I still own that Lexus and have been very pleased with it.

Thought you traded it for a BMW.

Scanlon in Ft Myers. Easy process and nice staff. Didn’t feel pressured at any step of buying. Knew what we wanted, ES350UL, went in at noon and drove our new car home with new plates at 3.

She has not seen the 12.3 with the panoramic sunroof? Most available ones have the 18 wheels and the premium package, trunk option with the lit door sils.
MSRP $48,534 was given a price of $46,500 which is not a deal, IMO?

Here was my quick, happy and expedited experience: I dropped in for a chat with the salesman who sold me my previous Lexus, and listed the color and interior I wanted on my ('24) ES350 UL. He said something like: "Let''s take a short walk." That car was on the showroom floor. I traded in two cars, wrote a check for the rest, and I drove it home that afternoon.
Shopping tip: a fully loaded model, though perhaps more expensive, is a lot easier to find that one with your unique list of accessories and options and color combinations.
