My '24 ES 350 was involved in an accident where I had to replace the Left side rear quarter panel and the bumper. We kept my original rear parking sensors and the body shop has hired some technician to "calibrate" the sensors since they had to re-install them after the quarter panel replacement. Since the repair I have noticed that the involved side sensors are not functioning normally like shown in the picture and the video. I took the car back to the body shop and they had the technician tested the sensors again and told me everything is normal but I know for sure it is not. Has anyone experienced this before and know why is it acting like this?
If you are working with an insurance company I would get them involved. They are ultimately responsible for getting your car back to its state before the accident.
