Default Trip A Trip B button not working

Hi guys. Firstly, I'd like to apologize for my English as it's not my first language.

I own a Lexus ES200 2022 and my 'Trip A Trip B and Reset' buttons do not work. I read thru some old postings, saying something about a loose connction or circuit breaker, but I am not sure on how to dismantle the panels to get to the loose connection or find which circuit breaker it is.

Can anyone help?

A 2022 Lexus is still under the factory warranty. I would let the dealer do any work on it before I would start disassembling panels. You could void your warranty.

You say the RESET is not working - do you mean the total is displayed but you can't reset either one A or B to ZERO? Did you try holding the button down for a few seconds to reset?

Can you adjust the brightness? If you can, then the connection is good.

No. The dimmer doesn't work either. I still think it's the connection. But someone mentioned fuse also. I just don't know which fuse it would be.

There’s no fuse for that. Remove the panel and check the plug.
