Default Flickering / fluctuating rear camera view

As the weather has heated up, I've noticed that when I back up, the camera view is rolling vertically. It's mostly stable, but flickers in a vertical roll. The whole display does this, including the overlaid guidelines, not just the camera view.

Has anyone seen this? I'm going to bring this in for warranty repair, but still it's irritating.

definitely thinking of it. I appears to go away after multiple reboots. It will be hard for a dumbell to reproduce (eg try once and give up if it’s not ****ing obvious).

Out of curiosity do you know if the rear camera move on a motor at all, or is it fixed?

Because you are going to have it fixed through warranty, save yourself the potential headache and just record on your phone what you experience. Do it for a few times every time you reverse and tell the advisor and/or tech, the timestamps on the footage.

I just got a recall from Lexus on my 2024 F Sport for this problem last week. It's a programming error. I haven't noticed it yet so I will let them reprogram it when I take it in for my six month "service."

For others' reference, could you post details on the recall; e.g., recall number, date, model years and types covered, etc.?

Whatever you have that will provide others experiencing a similar issue with a reference they can use to point their Lexus service manager to the official Lexus program dealing with the issue.

I'm so dumb. I'll do that.

This lists everything you asked to be listed….and more.

Hmm... That recall doesn't address the "rolling vertically" problem that minotaar has with his vehicle.

The recall you're citing was discussed in the Just got a recall alert for 2023 thread and the only problem addressed is a software issue causing a regulation compliance failure of the rear view camera image appearing within 2.0 seconds of the start of the backing event (i.e., putting the gear selector in reverse following specific start up conditions).
