I can't quickly find anything definitive on what transmission model is used in the non-AWD non-US market international ES 250 model types. There are some clues inferring that your ES 250 F Sport is using the UB80E/F that Toyota pairs with the 2.5 L engine in the (just previous generation) Camry and RAV4 model lines.

In the various Owner's Manuals' "8-1. Specifications" subchapter, "Automatic transmission" section, there's differences in the (reference) fluid capacity - 2GR-FKS engine (V6) - 8.0 qt. (7.6 L, 6.7 Imp.qt.) versus A25A-FKS engine (L4) - 7.9 qt. (7.5 L, 6.6 Imp.qt.) (actual identifying text varies across manuals with my V6 L4 identifiers added). Per this Lexus Europe press release, THE ALL-NEW LEXUS ES: A HIGHER LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE AND SOPHISTICATION, there's a difference in first gear gear ratios between V6 and L4 transmissions:
...the new 8-speed offers a 5.51 first gear when coupled to the V6 and a 5.25 first gear for the four-cylinder. ...
You should also note the TSB on the Lexus 350 affected transmissions were all manufactured at the TMMWV (Toyota Motor Manufacturing, West Virginia) plant. For a Japan assembled Lexus ES 250 like yours, most likely your transmission was manufactured in Japan in either an AISIN or Toyota transmission manufacturing plant.

Is it possible for a West Virginia transmission to appear in a car assembled in Kentucky? Little ignorant and paranoid here.

The West Virginia plant is a location where Toyota manufactures engines and transmissions that supply other North American Toyota/Lexus assembly plants (e.g., the Lexus ES Kentucky assembly line) in assembling various vehicle models.

I suppose someone practically on the opposite side of the world from West Virginia should have some allowance granted for being a little fuzzy on US states geography. While West Virginia used to be part of the state of Virginia, West Virginia has been a separate state since that some time ago little disagreement some southern US residents still like to call the War of Northern Aggression (AKA US Civil War).
