I went to the older thread and read about the engine clips that may break when I pull off the cover and eBay doesn’t show any that fit my 2024. Any ideas?
...
For the Lexus/Toyota Clip (90467-07217) referenced in my post #5 above, part fit for a 2024 depends upon the Lexus parts site you're using to check for part fit compatibility. Some show that part number fits 2024 model year ES 250, 300h, and 350 of all model type variants (e.g., base, Luxury, etc.); some have model year cut offs earlier than 2024; and some don't show any fit compatibility with this generation of ES.

It all depends upon which part specific web page the search engine digs up on a search on that part number.

radiator trash accumulation
Quote: Is there any vendor that makes the screens that can be installed? Guess one could cut up a screen and install it with nylon ties. Problem solved.
Go to Amizon and type in " radiator screans " they have black aluminum styles to chose from and have to measure and cut to fit. Did it to my ES 350 this summer and solved problem.Use small black plastic ties.

Would you mind making a picture to see how it looks ? (Close / far)
Thanks

I’ve got the Paragon grill screens on it. They bolt in and keep all of the trash out. The fins on my radiator aren’t bent either.

I’d like to see that too. I got the front engine cover off to clean out the leaves and could hardly fit my arm in the opening. I finally got my shop vac out and stuck it in there. I don’t see how screens could be installed on the back side of the grill without some more disassembly.

Quote: Ive found many have to be replaced. I clean out that mess every year after the leaves come down.
What a pain! I expected better from Lexus. My wife’s 2012 GX460 didn’t have this issue. I managed to pop out all of the clips, get the cover off, and clean it out with my shop vac. My arm wouldn’t fit that far down in the openings. I only damaged one clip and one dropped somewhere and I can’t find it. I’ll have to buy some more.

I’m OCD about a clean car. This will drive me nuts next fall. 😂🤦

I have those also but why did you state they do not keep leaves out? They work as advertised for me.

That’s something I may need to do. I was just looking to see if anyone here has found a vendor selling screens are precut to match the vehicle.
