Default Damaged Splash Shield

The front end of the underneath splash shield of my car scraped against a parking space barrier. It’s bent and has a three or four inch tear in it. I want to replace it because I maintain my cars carefully. Independent body repair guy says let it be—-you'll probably just do it again and no one sees it anyway.
Nevertheless, I’m intending to replace it.
Could some one give me a part number so I can get the splash guard piece from Lexus for my body repair buddy to pop in or, at least, tell me the correct name of what I’m looking for.

Looks good and I’m relieved that I can get this part and the screws for under $300.00. Buddy will pop it in.
We’ll know for sure that this is it when the car’s up on the rack.
Thank you for your help.
