Good spot Pab12 - and that made be think back many years and then go look at my 2018 made in U.S. ES 350. I had already removed the tow hook from the trunk and replaced it with a 5-in-1 screwdriver of my choice and I recalled reading in the owner's manual that the tow hook was to be used only for towing not as a tie-down on a flatbed etc. And then I recalled when they started making Camry's in the U.S. and I wanted one made in Japan I used to be able to spot them quickly on the dealer lots by the absence of the two hook access cover on the bumpers on the U.S. cars. I went out and looked at my new ES and sure enough even though I had the tow hook in the trunk the car had no access covers on the bumpers for the hook. I'm pretty sure my made in Japan 2016 did have the access covers.
