Default B-Pillar removal and replacement

Has anyone removed and replaced the B Pillars on a recent Lexus model ? Do you simply pull them off and then use adhesive to replace, or are there screws to remove and/or clips to be replaced? All responses greatly appreciated!

They are held on by clips. If you are careful, you will not need to replace them
