Car door accident
Hi Everyone,
Last week in the snow, my driver's side door was dinged while pulling out of a spot on the street. I was able to get the Lexus body shop to replace the door panel and everything looks great. The windows and everything is working that is controlled by that door.
My question is, is there anything that I need the dealer to look at as a result of the repair? Last time I had an accident there was a Lexus bulletin about bright lights staying on if the junction box was hit.
I have a call into the Lexus dealer and I don't think there is anything else but wanted to check with the forum based on everyone's experience.
Thanks.

If your description of the damage is correct and the body shop was able to repair it relatively simply, then I think you've nothing to worry about. Anything that went awry with the ding would have made itself apparent by now. Enjoy your wheels and don't worry.

Thanks for the help! It was a medium dent which created some of the panel to crack. The body shop couldn't pull it out and total damage was $1600. Had to go through my insurance company.
