ES 350 /2014 the transmission issue

ES 350 /2014 the transmission issue
I really hope someone can help me with my car issue.
since a few months noted that While I drive for a long time and stop the position of waiting for a long time then return back to shift down or up of the transmission which is work smoothly but without Engine rotation and wheel movement .
· Already changing Gasoline filter, air filter, spark plugs, spray base cleaning, transmission oil and filter and others parts but still the issue.
· Also I went to some gear technicians who are said that the problem is cultch packs inside the gear or valve body.
· Also computer check has been done which is no code appear on the device that mean not electric issue.
· Note: transmission oil and filter were change on 80000,160000 and 200000 km/h(now)
Finaly, in fact ,I’m from middle east ,so try to describe my car issue as can I can.
