Thanks for all the feedback fellas
Looks like there are many different types and sellers on these logos

There are the older full circle Lexus logos and there also is a newer logo without the circle

Also bi see there are a lot of knockoff brands for around 10-15$ then there is a wind and fire logo brand that is double the price but claims to be the original logo maker and state there brand is the original and best

I'm thinking you get what you pay for so I might opt for their product

I'd rather tackle installing the illuminated sills myself than paying the dealer and worrying about the quality of work being done. It's definitely something in my comfort zone. I wanted them on my car but wasn't lucky enough to get them so I'll probably go ahead and do it.
Does anybody have the part number for the sills?

Got em! Found a set on ebay from a dealer in Arizona $239 shipped. I didn't know they make a blue lighted one for hybrids but was fortunate to discover this on the first link I tried on ebay.

I've had that exact same EBay item in my watch list for a few weeks. I was just leery about doing the install myself and screwing up something on my brand new car! I don't have any special tools other then basic DIY stuff. I don't think it would be too difficult. In the interim, I ended up cancelling my appointment to have my local dealer install the door sills. I read some pretty shocking and discouraging yelp reviews about my local Lexus dealer's service center. They had a lot of bad reviews regarding poor service and the techs working on brand new vehicles leaving grease stains everywhere, etc. Kind of makes me nervous. I know there are no perfect reviews or perfect service, but my car being brand new, i'd like to keep it that way for as long as possible. Please let us know how the install went. I still have the item in my EBay watch list

While I'm sure that some will think that it is only paranoia, I think that there is legitimate reason to be concerned about things that might not be done perfectly, whether the work is a DYI job or done by a professional, when you start removing interior panels and doing work behind them.

If a piece of sound insulating material is not properly and precisely placed during reassembly or if something like a wiring harness is inadvertently positioned in a way that it can tap against another part, you could have the source of a future annoying rattle. Even worse, if a wire gets pinched between two other surfaces, over time, the insulation can wear off and eventually cause a short. I had that happen with some work that was done behind the door sill by a dealer with a Toyota 4Runner about 15 years ago.

I know that there are times when it is necessary to remove panels, do electrical repairs, etc., but, as I said in a previous post, even if the chances of something going wrong are small, if I have the option, I prefer to leave interior panels intact as they came from the factory. There is lots of equipment stuffed tightly behind many of the interior panels. Putting things back together exactly as they came from the factory isn't always easy, and that can be true even when the work is done by a professional.

Yea, I'll let you more adventurous guys know. I've been tinkering with cars my whole life and this task appears to be a level 2 in terms of difficulty and there's nobody I trust more to do it correctly than myself.
