Yea whenever I hear the rattle I push the door panel an the rattle disappears. But i also have a seat belt buzzing noise and the grab handles rattles so if you can help with those it will be greatly appreciated. I do plan on going to the dealer to pick my touch up so I'll have them look at it.
Sounds like the speaker itself may not be totally secured inside the panel or maybe a panel clip is broken. This is why there is a warranty. Let Lexus take it apart and fix it.
